The house is located in the beautiful mountains. Instructions for check-in were clear and easy. The wrap-around porch with rocking chairs and grill were a great place to relax and enjoy the view and serenity. Living space was big enough for everyone to watch movies and play card games. The kitchen had adequate utensils to make meals. The three levels and big bedrooms provided enough space for my family of eight to not feel cramped. Host is VERY responsive, so don't hesitate to reach out. I would definitely stay again when visiting the area.

This was a great trip from start to finish! Sean and Ashley were great hosts. Friendly and responded timely to any questions I had. The cabin is BEAUTIFUL and the area is large and private which we loved. The theater room was a favorite with the pool and hot tub being close 2nd favorites. Although the pool is a short distance away, getting in was super easy. Heads up on something I didn’t expect is the walls are thin so you can hear muffled convos and laughter but this wasn’t an issue for us. It gave us more to laugh about. Overall, I don’t have enough characters to express how great this experience was. Would definitely stay here again!

Sean & Ashley were great hosts. Thorough communication before and throughout our stay. We loved being right next to the pool and tennis/pickleball court. Easy short drive to the beach.

I found this place listed and it seemed like it would accommodate my bigger family! It looked beautiful in the pictures and the pictures didn’t do the place justice! The view was beautiful! There were things for my kids to do! The game room downstairs and the arcade game thing upstairs they loved! Everyone had their own space which made it even better. We really wanted a private space that had a view to enjoy our family vacation. We were lucky that is what we received! There were a couple minor things that were not working properly but it definitely did not ruin our vacation! The hot tub on the balcony is super nice! You get to relax after a day of exploring the mountains with a view! It was so peaceful! And the mornings and evenings were beautiful! This cabin isn’t far from the tourist attractions and the mountains either! Thank you so much for having us and providing a great environment for us to enjoy Tennessee!

I stayed at Sean & Ashley’s place and it was absolutely wonderful. The place was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and easy to access. Sean & Ashley were amazing hosts — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. I highly recommend booking with them; their hospitality made my stay perfect. I will definitely come back again. Sean and Ashley are great hosts! We were a large group and the cabin was perfect as described. it is not too far from some key attractions in Smoky mountains. We had a wonderful stay!!

The house was exactly as described. Beds were super comfy. We loved that it was a short drive to Pigeon Forge and all the attractions. Will definitely be checking availability on our next trip up.

We absolutely loved our stay at “happy ours “. I’m very familiar with Folly Beach and enjoy going there often. This home had a great location and enough space to accommodate our group. We actually had a lot of fun in the upstairs playroom on a rainy afternoon. The kitchen was utilized for meals. We were able to read the golf cart and go around town and get to the beach easily. Sean and Ashley were very easy to reach and responsive with great recommendations. Definitely recommend this home and would consider staying it again for our next family trip.

We enjoyed our time in cabin and the view was great! We celebrated Father’s Day and enjoyed our stay! Sean and Ashley were great hosts and answered any questions right away! I’ll recommend the place to stay!

Our recent in Sevierville, in Sean & Ashley’s cabin , was nothing short of amazing. Tucked away in the Smoky Mountains, the cabin offered the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience—just a short drive from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, but still quiet enough to feel like a true escape. The cabin was cozy, clean, and well-appointed. It had everything we needed—comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and even a game room that kept everyone entertained during downtime. The pool and hot tub on the deck was a highlight, especially in the evenings . The host was friendly, responsive!!
