Nothing short of amazing! Cabin was breathtaking and Sean & Ashley made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Absolutely loved the fact that every bedroom was spacious and had its own bathroom. We enjoyed our time & highly recommend this cabin! Just a quick 14 minutes from Pigeon Forge restaurants & activities!

Our family had an incredible cabin getaway. The cabin was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The peaceful environment made it easy to relax and spend quality time together. It was the perfect mix of comfort and nature, and we made memories we will always cherish.

The home was everything and Moore plenty of space love the view. Sean and Ashley will respond quickly. Yeah I will be back. Loved it. The movie theater room. I fell asleep never made it to the room. The hot tub was love the pool. It’s a must go and stay🤌🏻🥰

We had an amazing stay at this cabin in Sevierville! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—peaceful and tucked away in the mountains, but still close enough to town for groceries, restaurants, and attractions. The views from the deck were beautiful, especially in the mornings and evenings. We loved making use of the theatre room and game room at nights once we were finished with our activities. Communication with Sean and Ashley was excellent. They were very responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out super easy. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Sevierville!

It was a great cabin. It was.a birthday trip for my 14 year old daughter. I was held back here in Georgia but I think my family really enjoyed their stay without any complaints. I made sure that the cabin was left as it was when they arrived and rules were followed before they left. I really hope that the cabin was left as said in check out instructions that were sent to me before they departed this morning. March 2nd. I sent them every email. Sean and Ashley were the most communicative and prepared host we've ever rented from. The house was clean, well supplied, and there was SO much room for our large group. We never felt cramped. Sean and Ashley were also quick to respond, kind, and flexible with our check in and check out. The location was great for walking to the beach, shopping, and restaurants but still quiet and private. 100% would recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was just like the pictures, honestly even a little better. It was very spacious and comfortable. It was a very quiet stay and still just a short drive into town, so it was really the best of both worlds. We stayed during the winter storm when there was a LOT of rain and they are on a septic tank system (as I’m sure that whole area is) so there was a little bit of a smell at one point in one of the bathrooms but it wasn’t anything crazy and it went away pretty quickly. The WiFi was great and fast; we were able to stream on the tv and set up our work from home stations with no issues even during the storm. The pool area was kept at the perfect temperature and we were able to get in even when it was like 19°F outside. We booked for a family trip and the extra keypad lock on the pool door really helped keep our peace of mind with the kids. Overall, we loved the stay and would 100% book again.

If I could give Sean & Ashley 100 stars I most certainly would. They were such great and responsive hosts and went above and beyond for my family. The place is definitely just as amazing as they are. Will definitely be back.

This cabin was beautiful. I have never been to the mountains so the ride up was kind of scary. Not too bad. But it had everything we needed and it felt like home. Thank you for having us. This was one of the best bdays ever.

We had 6 ladies staying at Happy Ours! We had plenty of bedrooms & 3 full baths! The location was perfect & we walked in to the small town for dinner. There was a festival in town we enjoyed & a nice hike to a lighthouse! I would highly recommend this property & I would definitely book this place again!
